This is the absolute worst internet money can buy. If I could've left a worse star rating I would've. We pay for the highest speed the have and most nights can not even watch TV just because the internet is so bad. We also notice they cut our bandwidth periodically and we have to call them out about it. I would never recommend this company and hope they go out of business immediately. I'm personally looking forward to canceling my service with them this week.

We constantly lose internet and it takes forever to come back on. Download speeds are virtually nonexistent....

They gave us credit during covid. They have good customer service. Their internet speed is good.

I'm very pleased with this service. I have not had any problems with them and they have been true to their word. They promised high speed without slow downs or interruptions and inexpensive. The only time we have had a problem is with a storm and the power goes out.
