Had service for a few months then bam outage customer service does not pick up the phone waited two hours I’m ready to get rid of this internet Omgosh where are the workers why does it take so long for people to respond they need to step up their game big time

here in our little town, we don't have much of a choice in providers, so they pretty much do what they want
