Xfinity sucks I've been with them for over 8 years currently I am overdue $167 and that will give me a payment plan for the overdue amount. I am done with them I am looking for another cable and internet provider.

The worst part about this service is when it goes out for whatever reason, they give you extremely late text messages that there's an outage and do not give you a reason why it went out or an estimation on when it'll come back. Really frustrating as I work from home. They're communication is terrible overall.

Xfinity is the WORST service provider. Employees will hang up on you. Their techs don’t know how to fix the internet. It has been installed for about 6 months and has never performed correctly. They have been here 4 times to fix it, the 1st being the installation. The other 3 times have been obviously useless because it still does not work. Managers will not talk with you, they hang up on you. The best practice they have for fixing the problems is this ONLY answer,, restart your equipment. Really, I would not be complaint if it was that simple, something is wrong, come fix it! Cannot speak with anybody that speaks clear English, every person I have talked to has been unbearable to talk with because of their extremely poor English. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZFINITY SERVICE! I can go on all day about the terrible service and horrible technicians and even worse managers along with all their short comings but what’s the point. This company obviously hates its customers and does not care about the problems as long as the money is coming.

My Xfinity service in Sacramento fails regularly. Then, without notice, my price more than doubled after 5 months. I use tMobile internet in my Southern California home. Zero issues. I'm switching this home also. Xfinity = HORRIBLE SERVICE & DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACT
