they offer only the lowest speeds in my area, they cut in and out because we aren't worth their time to maintain their lines and they are SUUUPER expensive for what you get. I can get 10 times the speed for less (att 18mbps $55, vyve 200 mbps $45), and the service is more consistent.

i had ATT&T for 2yrs, fiber speed was great but the modem/WiFi was garbage and they 'made' me [proprietary] rent it. after 1.5yr they 'upgraded' it with a new model which was barely better. when they upped my price, i finally got tired of renting their POS WiFi and moved to another provider.

Terrible internet. Overpriced. Garbage. Frequent service interruptions, horrible coverage, price randomly goes increases with no explanations. Absolute Trash.

The absolute worst company and thieves will up charge you every month. Good luck calling monthly and stay on the phone sometimes almost 2 hours. Their solution? Make my bill even higher and lower my speed

Terrible customer service when the system goes down. I had fiber installed, and they have not yet gotten around to activating it after many days. Something got messed up on the order entry (the physical installation I'm told is fine) and they can't make it work. I'm told maybe 5 more days. I'm going to switch to a different carrier. Cable is not buried and is laying in the yard.

If, I could give a lower star I would the service is terrible. The customer service is terrible. I turned in the phone that’s ago and they’re telling me they can’t find it and refused to address my bill. I have been going back-and-forth with him about the plan that I elected, they refused to update it as soon as I’m eligible I’m leaving this company. Worst service ever.
